*We have worked hard to make our venue both a desirable and affordable location for your next event.  Our 3,000 square foot building sits on five acres of maintained land and includes the following amenities:

• 21 x round tables (60")
• 4 x 8 foot rectangle tables
• 4 x 6 foot rectangle tables
• 174 padded indoor chairs
• 2 x stoves with ovens
• 1 x convection oven
• commercial refrigerator
• ice machine
• three compartment commercial sink
• indoor and outdoor trash cans
• dumpster

*Our current venue rental prices are as follows:

• Friday $750
• Saturday $750
• Sunday $375
• Monday $375
• Tuesday - $375
• Wednesday - $375
• Thursday - No Rentals
• An additional $250 refundable security deposit is required for each rental if no alcohol is served or $500 refundable security deposit if alcohol is served.

*Our venue rental prices for any rental after January 1, 2025:

• Friday - $850
• Saturday $850
• Sunday $425
• Monday $425
• Tuesday $425
• Wednesday $425
• Thursday  - No Rentals
• An additional $250 refundable security deposit is required for each rental if no alcohol is served or $500 refundable security deposit if alcohol is served.

*50% of total money due (rental fee and deposit combined) is required to book the date, with the remaining balance due no later than thirty (30) days before the event.  If booked within thirty (30) days of the rental date then the full balance is due in order to book the date. 

*Venue tours, contracts and payments are conducted on Thursdays only, on a first come first serve. 

*We are currently only accepting cash or check as payments, we apologize for the inconvenience.
